特殊鋼棒（卷）生產(chǎn)線是一條全連續(xù)式棒材和大盤(pán)卷復(fù)合熱軋生產(chǎn)線，主要設(shè)備從意大利DANlELl、德國(guó)KOCKS、SIMENS等公司引進(jìn)，全部軋機(jī)主傳動(dòng)采用直流變頻調(diào)速技術(shù)，全線由計(jì)算機(jī)系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)控制，為軋線設(shè)備的可靠運(yùn)行和生產(chǎn)管理提供了系統(tǒng)保證。該生產(chǎn)線減定徑機(jī)組德國(guó)KOCKS軋機(jī)是世界上生產(chǎn)圓鋼尺寸精度最高的軋機(jī)，軋出的成品圓鋼精度等級(jí)能達(dá)到甚至高于1/4~1/5DlN1013標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并且可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自由尺寸軋制，可實(shí)現(xiàn)熱機(jī)軋制工藝技術(shù)，全線的數(shù)字化控制和在線測(cè)徑技術(shù)、全線的控軋控冷技術(shù)、在線探傷技術(shù)。產(chǎn)品規(guī)格：?16mm～?90mm直條棒材和?14mm～?42mm大盤(pán)卷。直棒產(chǎn)品主要以軸承鋼、彈簧鋼、合結(jié)鋼、非調(diào)質(zhì)鋼、碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、易切削鋼等產(chǎn)品為主。大盤(pán)卷產(chǎn)品主要以冷鐓鋼、優(yōu)質(zhì)碳素結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼、軸承鋼、易切削鋼、彈簧鋼等為主，是一條具有國(guó)內(nèi)一流、國(guó)際領(lǐng)先水平的棒材、大盤(pán)卷復(fù)合生產(chǎn)線，產(chǎn)品具有內(nèi)部組織均勻、表面質(zhì)量好、尺寸精度高、產(chǎn)品品類(lèi)全等特點(diǎn)。

The special steel bar (coil) production line is featured with the composite hot rolling function of fully continuous bars and large coils. Its main equipment is sourced from Italian DANlELl, German KOCKS, SIMENS and other companies. The main drives of all rolling mills are supported by the DC frequency conversion speed regulation technology. The whole line is automatically controlled by a computer system, providing a system guarantee for the reliable operation and good production management of the rolling equipment. The German KOCKS rolling mill of the sizing unit of this production line features the highest dimensional accuracy in producing round bars in the world. The accuracy of the finished round bar produced can reach or even exceed 1/4-1/5DlN1013. Besides, it can realize free-size rolling, and hot rolling process technology. The whole line operates under digital control and powered by the online diameter measurement technology, whole-line controlled rolling and cooling technology, and online flaw detection technology.  It can produce straight bars with the specification ranging from ?16mm to ?90mm and large coils with the specification ranging from ?14mm to ?42mm. Straight bar products mainly include bearing steel, spring steel, alloy steel, non-quenched and tempered steel, carbon structural steel, free-cutting steel and other products. Large coil products mainly comprise cold heading steel, high-quality carbon structural steel, alloyed structural steel, bearing steel, free-cutting steel, spring steel, etc. The production line is a bar and large coil composite one ranking among the top class both domestically and internationally. Products from it are characterized by a uniform internal structure, good surface quality, high dimensional accuracy and complete product categories.
